MultiWM is an interactive bash-script to choose right window manager before starting X Window System. It is distributed under the terms of GNU GPL.

Cons:

You can't have same window manager with two or more different configurations if you do not create separate script for changing of config files.
You can have only one .Xdefaults/.xresources -file and you must use it with every entry if you can't create a separate script for changing of it.
You must compile it. If you can't, tough.
Not distributed under the terms of GNU GPL. It is just freeware. All you can do is to download and use it and hope that nobody will not start to distribute it as a proprietary program.
